Moontime Refunds Policy

The workmanship of Moontime cloths are fully guaranteed. The cloths are made in New Zealand by Moontime's Guardian and passionate supporter Suzanne Boon. Moontime’s cloths are made with love and care; if you are un-happy with the workmanship of the cloths I will gladly replace them for you.

If  Moontime cloths are purchased but not required for whatever reason, Moontime will gladly refund the cost of the cloths as long as they are un-opened and in original condition.
 
Dome’s do need replacing from time to time and as part of Moontime’s guarantee these domes will gladly be replaced free of charge. Please post to the below address and we will repair and return them to you;

Moontime cloths generally last 5+ years if you follow the recommended care instructions:

• Cloths are soaked and washed in cold water with normal washing powder or soap beans, hung to dry or placed in airing cupboard till dry.
• It is safe to soak Moontime cloths in eco-whitener as this contains no bleaches, but we do not recommend other soaking powders.
• Drying your cloths in sunshine is the best sanitiser and natural whitener.

Cloths that are cared for in this way will serve you well. Any cloths that display faults and are not cared for in the suggested manor will not be covered by our replacement policy.
